The other day I was shopping up and down the hair aisle at Walmart looking for new products to combat my dry and damaged hair. I have been coloring my hair for YEARS and not only has it been through bleach, dye, stripping and so on and so forth but also heavily heat styled. I came across these products from SheaMoisture and they immediately caught my eye. I have heard nothing but great things about the line. I grabbed the Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo & Conditioner that said it was specifically treated to fortify and restore damaged hair. PERFECT! Plus – it was color safe. SheaMoisture is made with Natural and Certified Organic Ingredients which is something I am continuously looking for in hair products.
As I continued to look at their other products (They have something for everyone!), I noticed the Black Castor Oil Leave-In Conditioner with Shea butter, Peppermint & Keratin. This was the perfect add on to my new good hair day routine! The thing I love most about these SheaMoisture products is because they have such a wide range of products, you can mix and match and ‘cocktail’ up your own routine that works for you and your hair type.
After using the Moisture Retention Shampoo & Conditioner, I immediately could tell a difference in the way my hair felt. It’s like it had done a complete 180. A little goes a long way and it suds up nicely on the hair. After rinsing out the conditioner, I grabbed the Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen, Grow & Restore Leave-In Conditioner for even more moisture. This product is absolutely LIFE CHANGING and went really well with the Raw Shea Butter line. Super impressive. I grabbed a small amount after towel drying my hair and worked it from root to ends. You do not need to rinse, but I recommend combing through for even distribution.
I am REALLY excited to see this line available at my local Walmart. Not only was it affordable, but because the line is so extensive, I can add other items to my good hair day routine as well. I have my eye on the Fruit Fusion Weightless Texture Spray. I think this will be a PERFECT Summer essential!
Thanks to SheaMoisture, my hair is full of win! I never have to worry about having a bad hair day again! Learn more about SheaMoisture products and head to Walmart to mix up your own hair cocktail today! You can find them in your hair aisle.

I think I’d like that Moisture Retention Shampoo. I’m moving to an area with considerably warmer weather so I’m sure my hair will need a little moisture when dealing with the change in weather.

I’m afraid the fragrance would be too strong for me but everyone raves about their hair after using SheaMoisture.
