You guys know how much I love the Live Love Polish shop, so I was thrilled when they sent me one of their exclusive shades with Powder Perfect! Forbidden City is a wine red jelly holographic micro glitter that is opaque in two coats. It does dry a tad bit textured, so I would recommend a thicker top coat to smooth it out.
This shade is definitely going to sell out very quickly, so I would highly recommend grabbing it while you still can!
