Happy Thursday loves! Today I have 3 shades from the brand new Midsummer Midnights collection from Lollipop Posse Lacquer to share with you! This is a new to me brand and I was so excited when the owner asked me to swatch a few of the shades for her! This collection is a posse of six lacquers in various darker, more in depth shades to take you into the heat of of midsummer. This collection was inspired by memories of hot summer nights filled with endless possibilities and a lot of self discovery. Let’s take a look at the 3 shades I was sent and my thoughts!
Slipping Out Of Time – Navy crelly base that suspends blue-gold shifting flakies and sparkling silver holographic glitters. Everything about this shade is perfect – From the formula to the color! Photo below shows two coats plus top coat.
Thats How Witch Babies Are – Vivid blurple crelly base with neon purple flakies and a scattered holographic effect. Another stunner! Photo below shows two coats plus top coat.
This Fruit Was Bruised – Deep, bruised burgundy / purple linear holographic. Saved the best for last! This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL in person! Excellent formula and fully opaque in 2 coats.
Overall, I am BEYOND impressed with these 3 shades! I can only imagine how well the others perform! I had zero issues with formula, brushes, pigmentation ect. Extremely impressive for a brand new indie on the scene if I do say so myself!
