Happy Friday! I hope you all had an amazing week! Today’s Friday Favorites is going to be short and sweet. I thought I would mix it up and show you more of the skin & hair products I have been loving (And also ONE makeup item) Let’s get started!
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream (Retail $12+) – Cold weather is upon us and my skin needs some hydration! The Ultra Repair Cream from First Aid Beauty is an absolute LIFESAVER. You can use this on your face or pretty much anywhere on your body which is awesome. It doesn’t make my skin feel greasy at all and is just all around a holy grail face lotion for me. I highly recommend it! Mine is a travel size version I got in a kit, but I am hoarding a full size as soon as this runs out.
Kate Somerville HydraClear Hydrating Acne Gel (Retail $65) – In conjunction with the FAB Ultra Repair cream, I have been using this hydrating acne gel from Kate Somerville as well. I have been using this for a few weeks now and I can absolutely tell a difference in my skin. I still get frequent break outs on my cheeks and this has cleared them up SO WELL! The redness has gone down and and I have had less breakouts since using. Incredible product and well worth the money!
Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair Deep Conditioning Mask (Retail $26) – WHERE has this hair mask been my whole life?! I received a sample size in an Ipsy or Birchbox and kind of just threw it to the side like I usually do with hair masks (So stupid) Lately I have been wearing my hair in a high top knot which involves lots of teasing and hair spray and I could feel my hair was just SO dry and damaged from that. I pulled this out after hearing so many people rave about it.. and I can see why. It’s completely changed my hair life. After shampooing, you leave it in for 3-5 minutes and rinse. After I got out of the shower and dried my hair, my hair was SO smooth and silky. I definitely will be picking up a full size of this once I run out!
First Aid Beauty Eye Duty Triple Remedy (Retail $36) – Sick toddlers = late nights and early mornings. This handy little eye remedy from FAB depuffs, instantly brightens & smooths my under eye area. You squeeze the product out on one side and then flip it over to reveal a metal applicator to blend it. Talk about a cooling effect! I love the way it feels under my eyes! Very creamy and blends in really nicely.
Covergirl Shine Shadow in Copper Fling (Retail $8.99) – I had these shadows stashed away in my ‘to try’ drawer and finally had the chance this week to test out Copper Fling. Absolutely GORGEOUS shade and a dream to apply. I ended up taking a tiny bit and blending it all over my lid with my finger. They claim to have a wear time of 12 hours, but it definitely didn’t last that long on me. I would say 7-8 hours max which is still pretty good! I can’t wait to play around with the rest of the shades!
And that wraps up my Friday Favorites! What products were YOU loving this week? Or maybe not so much loving?
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! xo

Finally, someone else who loves Briogeo Hair Mask. I love it and have a big jar, but so many ipsy girls were disappointed to get it in their bags this month. To each her own, lol! I bought the Ultra Skin Repair a couple of months ago, and I am just not sure what to do with it. Glad I read your post about it, but I’m still not sure what I’ll use it for π
