Maybelline Master Hi-Light By FaceStudio Hi-Lighting Blushes – Swatches & Review

It’s FINALLY Friday! I know I’m pretty excited about the weekend! Do you have any big plans? Ya know what I think you should do? RUN (Not walk) to your local drugstore and pick up these new Master Hi-Light blushes from Maybelline! I spotted these in my local Walmart and I was that person who practically dove into the display.

New for Spring 2014, Maybelline has released these adorable Mosaic like blushes, highlighters & bronzers and they did an incredible job!  There are 6 shades in the collection from what I could tell (I picked up the 3 shades that were available) It looks like there were 2 bronzers, light & deep bronze. One highlight in the shade nude and 3 blushes in the shades Mauve, Pink Rose & Coral.

Each come in a sleek black packaging and the bottom opens up with a mirror & brush.  As soon as I swatched these, it was instant love. I can’t even begin to tell you how silky smooth they are. The pigmentation is absolutely INCREDIBLE so I would recommend a light hand when using these!  They definitely remind me of MAC Mineralized Skinfinish in the way they apply and the subtle shimmer they have in them.

Mauve (Blush) – Rich Plums, Nudes & Gold

Pink Rose (Blush) – Dark & Light Pinks
Nude (Highlight) – Champagne, Lights & Medium Pinks
I am incredibly impressed with these and you bet your bottom dollar I will be stalking the rest of my drugstores in town for the remaining 3! I really hope these stay in the permanent line or else I will totally be hoarding some backups!  Way to go Maybelline! Two HUGE thumbs up!
