The Sea Goddess collection is made up of 6 textured polishes that are absolutely gorgeous in person! Let’s take a look!
Sand Dolla Make You Holla – White / pinkish crelly base with small rainbow glitter. I am in LOVE with this! The formula on this shade was decent. It applied fairly sheer on the first coat but buildable. I ended up using three coats for the photo below and of course no top coat. Also, this totally reminds me of the Dunkaroos frosting. (Am I right?)
Seahorsin’ Around – Gorgeous teal with a gold fleck throughout. Absolutely STUNNING shade. Photos don’t even do it justice. Formula was spot on. I only needed two coats for the photo below.
Shell We Dance? – Medium shimmery pink base with silver glitter texture throughout. Great formula – This one dried incredibly fast! Photo below shows two coats.
Tail Me Something – Lilac purple with tons of silver textured glitters. This one is breathtaking. I absolutely love how much shimmer is in this. Formula was a little thick, but nothing bad. Photo below shows two coats.
Wish On A Starfish – Light pink with a gorgeous gorgeous golden shimmer. Would ya just look at it?! This one was not as opaque as the others. As I applied the first coat, it was very very sheer and I kind of got bummed out, but then I put on the third coat and my mind was blown. Completely worth the 3 coats.
Teal The Tide Turns – Mint green with teal glitter. I totally thought this was going to be my favorite, but I feel like it’s lacking something. It’s definitely not as sparkly as the others but I still really enjoy the shade. The formula was thicker than I would have liked. I used two coats for the photo below.
And that wraps up the China Glaze Sea Goddess collection! What are your thoughts? Favorites? Are you over the textured trend yet?
If you are a fan of textured polishes like I am, this collection is absolutely for you. I definitely think China Glaze ‘nailed’ it with Sea Goddess. The shades & names are awesome!

Geez, they are really pretty! How do these compare to Zoya pixie dust? I guess texture and formula wise?
loveforlacquer says
These are a teeny tiny bit grittier than the Zoya Pixies. Formula wise, I would say the Zoya’s are better, only because I found a few of these too be a little on the thick side
