The palette opens up into book form and has a glamour guide to the left and the shadows to the right. There is a great range of matte & shimmer shades in this palette.
There were a few shadows that had a bit of fall out due to the glitter particles, but nothing major. I did notice the matte shades were a bit on the powdery side, but most had great pigmentation.

Joy : Light metallic blue frost

Overall, I think this is such a fun palette to give as a gift! The packaging is super adorable and the shadows are not bad at all! I particularly LOVE Cheers & Mulberry!
