Time for another weekly Nutrisystem update! Last week was pretty rough for me as you all saw in my last update. I had gained a pound back and was incredibly frustrated.
This week I worked my butt off. I may have gone out and had a few drinks on Thursday & Saturday but like I said before, I’m still going to have fun. I made sure to eat my Nutrisystem food before & after I went out so there was no temptation to order fast food on the way home or any of that nonsense.
I also had another food delivery this week – I forgot how much I LOVED some of the food choices. I think that’s what motivated me a little bit more. I was down to the bottom of the barrel last week with the remaining food I had and just had no desire to eat it. But once that new food came in, it was like the food angels were singing!
I discovered a new favorite meal as well – Chicken Pot Pie! It was delicious!
So with all that being said, I was down another 2.5 pounds this morning for a total of 8.5 pounds lost. That pesky “pound” that I had gained last week is gone and then some. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can absolutely tell a significant difference when I put on my clothes as well. I ran to Target to grab a new shirt to wear out on Saturday and went down a size than normal. I put on a pair of shorts yesterday and they pretty much fell off. That’s an awesome feeling.
