Sea Lore Spring Seas Collection – Swatches & Review + GIVEAWAY!

Happy almost Friday!! I’m so happy this week is almost over – I am so over the cold and the rain we have been having! Today I have swatches of the new Sea Lore collection to share with you! This is appropriately titled ‘Spring Seas’ and like always revolves around aquatic animals! I love how creative Jamie gets with her polish names – They make me so happy! Oh – And stay tuned to the end for a sneaky sneaky treat πŸ˜‰

Dancing Discus – Sheer pearly white base with gold & silver microglitters. I found this to be the perfect topper over Essie Avenue Main-tain. It looks like jewels on my fingertips! You can definitely get away with wearing this on its own as well. Photo below shows one coat over Avenue Main-tain.

Jumping Jellyfish – Royal blue base packed with round & hex blue glitters. I have it layered over piCture pOlish Bombshell and it looks SO amazing together! Photo below shows one coat. 
Leaping Lyretail – Sheer raspberry base with gold hex glitters, silver square glitters and magenta round glitters. Another polish that would look fab on its own! I layered Lyretail over Essie Hip-Anema and it looks like a delicious fruit on my nails! 
Popping Parrotfish – This was the only one I decided to try on its own. I found it to be opaque enough in three coats where it would totally work. It’s a milky light blue, almost mint base with all different sorts of fun rainbow glitters! I do suggest using a thicker top coat with this one. Mine was a bit rough. Photo below shows three coats. 
Springing Seahorse – Clear base with pink & lavender glitters. I had no issues fishing for glitter when I used this. It came out evenly and applied really nice to the nail. I have Seahorse layered over Essie Come Here. Photo below shows two thin coats. 
Overall, I think this is such a great Spring collection from SeaLore! I love what she did with the color combos and the names are so great & catchy!

    I think Popping Parrot Fish is my favorite, I’m obsessed with minty greens! I also really like Springing Seahorse. The purple squares!
