Salon Perfect has just released 6 limited edition neon colored matte glitter polishes launching exclusively at Walmart stores! I suggest you RUN to your local Walmart store and pick up a few of these babies! There are some wonderful combinations!
I found these glitters to be on the thick side, but easy to apply. I have seen quite a few other ladies layer them over white, but I just knew there were some awesome neon polishes in my collection that would make them look ten times better!
Zapped – I layered this over China Glaze Kiwi Cool-Ada and it is SO BRIGHT! I was a little worried how it would look because Kiwi dries very matte, but in my opinion I think it looks so awesome!
Jolt – This yellow & orange collision polish is layered over China Glaze Orange You Hot? Another fun bright summer layering combo I am in love with!
Bang – This is literally the complete opposite of Jolt. I don’t think you need to grab both as they are pretty similar. I layered Jolt over China Glaze Sunkissed.
