Today I have a few pieces from the new L’Oréal Paris Limited Edition Diamonds Collection! This collection consists of sparkling and gorgeous new nail shades, lip glosses, eye shadows, mascara & nail lingerie! It’s a pretty versatile and beautiful collection, so let’s jump right in – Starting with the nail
shades!
Fancy Me – Gold & Red glitter in a reddish pink base. I thought about layering this one, but it looks so gorgeous on its own! I was able to use three thin coats for the photo below. I didn’t find the application to be too thick or chunky.
Lifetime Love – Deep red with golden shimmer. I love this one! I know I probably have a million dupes for it in my collection, but it’s so stunning that I don’t mind at all! Photo below shows two coats.
So Chic – Nude beige with golden shimmer. I wanted to love this one a lot.. but I don’t. I think the color doesn’t suit my skin tone well at all and I wish it was a bit more opaque. I used three coats for the photo below and probably could have done a 4th.
The Bigger The Better – Black & Silver glitter in a clear base. I layered this polish over Zoya Trixie and I think it looks pretty awesome. It kind of reminds me of cookies & cream (Maybe I’m just hungry) I used two coats for the photo below.
Onto the lip swatches!
There are six new 8hr Infallible lip glosses in this collection (I have 5 to show you)
Sparkle Frenzy- Deep red with golden glitter
Dazzle Me – Hot fuchsia pink with silver glitter
To Be Treasured – Light pink with silver glitter
All Iced Out – Clear glitter
Something Shiny – Yellow Gold glitter
All of the shades with the exception of Sparkle Frenzy lasted a total of 4 hours on my lips. Because Sparkle Frenzy was so pigmented, it lasted a bit longer. (6 hours) I love the vanilla scent of these, but it doesn’t last very long.
My favorite part of the gloss? The applicator! I love it’s paddle shape so much. I find that it picks up way more product than a regular doe foot – Just another tiny detail that makes me love everything about Loreal products!
As you can see from the above swatches, All Iced Out & Something Shiny literally have no color payoff whatsoever. I would definitely recommend picking them up only if you want to layer over something else. Other than that, I would skip them and grab Sparkly Frenzy & Dazzle Me instead!

I have So Chic too. I do not like it on me either and I am a medium brown skin. Maybe it just isn’t a great color but it is so pretty in the bottle! :o) I love the bigger the better. I have to try it over a silver like Trixie!
Thanks for the nail polish swatches. I have been contemplating buying a couple colors but I couldn’t decide. I don’t love nudes but I think So Chic may look good on my skin town and I really like The Bigger The Better.
