Ah Fall. Not only does that mean pumpkin flavored everything, chilly nights, apple picking & warm comfy sweaters, it also means AMAZING Fall collections! The new Nicole by OPI Target exclusives could quite possibly be my favorite Fall collection I have seen so far. (I’m sure I’ll say this every single time I swatch one) But seriously, take a look for yourself!
If The Blue Fits – Gorgeous deep blue base with purple, pink & green flecks. The photos below show three coats, but you can probably get away with two. I only did the third so the amazing shimmer would show up better on camera.
For Gold Time’s Sake – The absolute hardest one to capture on camera. I think I took about 40 pictures of this color alone. But it was well worth it for this greenish / gold! I love the way this looks for Fall!
Iris My Case – This is a beautiful vivid purple / pink metallic duo chrome. I ended up doing two coats for the swatches below. Application was a little difficult, but nothing major!
Just Busta Mauve – Another difficult one to capture on camera! This mauvy light brown color has an amazing array of blue & pink flecks in it. It is SO unique!
Mer-Maid For Each Other – Metallic green with a yellowish / blue duo chrome. I think it’s safe to say this is NOT another Peridot dupe. I know we’ve seen a ton of those pop up the past few months, but there is something about Mer-Maid that makes it so unique. It’s so much brighter & vivid than any other color like this! I used three coats for the photos below.

Lacquer Lowdown – Quite possibly the BEST collection from NOPI I have seen in a long time. The colors are incredibly unique and the formula on them was definitely up to par this time. My picks – Mer-Maid For Each Other, Just Busta Mauve & If The Blue Fits

Oh man, Just Busta Mauve and For Gold Time’s Sake are my must-haves!!!! Actually I will probably acquire them all over time…..gorgeous swatches. I could see doing a tape mani with For Gold Time’s Sake and Mer-Maid For Each Other….it could be called Caramel Apple!!
