Hey everyone! Hope you’re all having a great Wednesday! Today I was CRAVING some Zoya nail polish for my tips, so I decided to put on Perrie, a beautiful creamy lavender. I picked her up this past weekend at Ulta and to say this color is gorgeous would be an understatement.
Because I couldn’t just leave it the way it was, I threw over a coat of the ever so famous Lynnderella Connect The Dots. To be honest with you, it’s just OKAY. I still don’t get the whole Lynn hype and to be quite honest, I think there are indie makers out there who’s polishes blow hers out of the water.
I had difficulty applying CTD.. as you can see on the middle finger. It kind of just blobbed everywhere and you really had to work with it. I have SO many black & white glitter polishes so I’m unsure what I will end up doing with this. Knowing me, I’ll probably keep it (Unless an awesome swapportunity comes along)

Lacquer Lowdown – I don’t have a bad thing to say about Perrie. Opaque in 2 coats and stunningly beautiful. CTD was just okay for me.. Maybe it will grow on me but I still don’t get the hype.

I’m just not that into glitter or drama, so no Lynns for me. Lol. SO glad Ulta is carrying more Zoyas! Perrie looks gorgeous.

I’m with ya-as someone about to make polishes myself, I don’t vibe on polishes that have multiple glitter types in them unless they’re close to the same size to keep formula consistency intact. : )
Too much drama for some freaking nail polish. Yes it’s gorgeous, but I agree Jess some of the Etsy shops & some of the normal brands blow her polishes away! Perrie is so pretty though!
I don’t understand the hype around Lynnderella. I mean the polishes look really awesome, but I don’t understand the lengths people are going to in order to get a bottle (someone paid $260 on ebay for a bottle the other day), especially when you hear a review that it doesn’t apply well. I do love Perrie though. I bought it in the Earthday Promo. Can’t wait to get it!
