Hey everyone! Tonight I have a makeup review for all of you! I’m a huge makeup junkie so I’m really excited to share some new products with you in the next couple of weeks. Tonight I want to talk to you about a new foundation from Covergirl + Olay.
COVERGIRL + Olay have collaborated to create an innovative generation of makeup which began with the anti-aging line of Simply Ageless. Introducing COVERGIRL Tone Rehab 2-in-1 Foundation, the newest COVERGIRL + Olay creation where makeup meets skincare. This anti-aging liquid foundation combines the newest advancements in beauty and skincare that covers fine lines, discolorations and wrinkles, and helps improve skin tone overtime.
If you saw my January Favorites post, you know how much I LOVE the Covergirl NatureLuxe foundation. It works well, it’s inexpensive & it doesn’t dry out my face. So when I received this foundation in the mail, I was very intrigued to try it out.
I don’t wear foundation every single day. I’m a stay at home mom and it’s just not part of my morning routine all the time. So, when I had the chance to go out last Friday night baby free, I was stoked. I tore the packaging off of this and put it to the test.
The application was FLAWLESS.(I applied using my beauty blender) The Olay serum moisturized & the foundation gave me great coverage. After I blended it all in, my face didn’t feel heavy nor was it caky. It felt very light, like I literally had nothing on. And if any of you are wondering about the smell.. it has a very clean scent. Not overly powerful.
My shade was 105 – Ivory
The best part about this product is the packaging. The pump on this makes for just the right distribution and doesn’t pump out too much. You have control over it, which is something I think is great. There is nothing worse than a messy foundation bottle.
As far as size goes, it’s a little smaller than most. It’s 30ML or 1 fl oz. which seems pretty small considering the price tag, but you do NOT need a lot of this for full coverage. I only used a dime size amount and it was perfect.
Overall, I have to give a HUGE thumbs up on this. This might be replacing my NatureLuxe foundation! And that’s a huge step for me. If you’re looking for an inexpensive drugstore foundation, definitely give this a try.
Covergirl + Olay Foundation comes in 13 different shades and retails for $13.99. You can find this in your local drugstore.

I’ve seen commercials for this and wondered how great it really was. I have very sensitive skin so its hard for me to change facial products often. I may give this a try. Thanks Jess!
