Hey everyone! I figured it was time for a new NOTD post.. I haven’t done one in quite some time. And it was time I removed my chipped ‘Do You Lilac it’.. I wanted to go with something FUN today! I had originally picked out Zoya’s Jessika.. but when I applied it.. it was VERY light & sheer. Almost TOO light.. so I’ll have to figure something else out to do with that. I thought it would be a nice opaque light pink color. ANYWAYS.. now that I have written a novel for an intro, let’s get into the nails shall we?
OPI – Swimsuit..Nailed It! This is from the Miss America collection. I LOVE this blue! It’s perfect. The application was a little bit loose & watery so I really had a tough time with it. I don’t know if it was just the bottle I had or what the case was. All in all, I made it work!
Do any of you have any colors from the Miss America collection? What do you think of them?
Oh! And after I applied two coats, I topped it off with Essie Good To Go and then used my new Sally Hansen Conditioning Manicure Corrector pen that I got at CVS for 75% off! Originally $10 & and I it for $2 and change. And then I also used my Sally Hansen Massaging Cuticle Treatment pen that I also picked up for 75% off.
If you ladies have a CVS around you, now is the time to go! There are SO many polishes & nail tools on the 75% off rack right now! If you’re a fan of my facebook page, you may have seen quite a few girls post their CVS hauls. Definitely go check it out.. you won’t be worry!

If the polish is loose and watery, you can unscrew the cap and leave it slighly open for a little bit so it will thicken up – it usually works for me!
I don’t have any of the Miss America collection, but I want Crown me already! (I think thats what its called)
Gorgeous color! I think I’ve added 6 blue polishes to my collection just within this week… this may have to be lucky #7!
Beautiful! This definitely will be a future OPI purchase. Gotta check CVS again for nail tools when I’m able to get out the house. I was so focused on polish. Could really use the corrector pen.
