Hi everyone! Today’s post is for the new Essie Mirror Metallic collection! This collection consists of 5 metallic chrome like shades. I was actually REALLY impressed with how well some of these applied. The max amount of coats I needed to use was two. (Some only needed one!) Let’s jump in!
Blue Rhapsody – I was totally on the fence about a sky blue metallic polish.. until I put it on my nails. Absolutely stunning and totally unique! Swatch below shows one coat.
Good as Gold – Pure golden nugget shade. I did have some streaking issues with this color, but nothing too horrible. Swatch below shows two coats.
No Place Like Chrome – Love the name! Definitely a classic metallic silver for your collection. Swatch below shows two coats.
Nothing Else Metals – STUNNING lilac metallic. This was one I was most excited to swatch! Shown below is two coats.
Penny Talk – Two words.. ROSE.GOLD. You all know I have a serious love affair with anything rose gold right now and this is absolutely perfect! VERY hard to get an accurate color picture though.. This first picture is under my light box and the second is in the shade.
Essie has been KILLING IT with their new collections this year. I love that they did something so unique by adding a sky blue & a lilac to this collection. Do you own any? What are your favorites?

I keep trying to decide if I really need any of these, but I think you talked me into Penny Talk, lol. It really is a beautiful rose gold, and I don’t really have one in my collection!

I picked up Penny Talk a while ago and I really love the shade. I just have trouble applying it because it always gets too streaky for my liking.
